This hotel is conveniently located near the heart of the city, with easy access to downtown. the air conditioning and cable TV in the rooms are reliable and the staff is friendly and helpful. the room is basic but clean, and cleaning service is provided daily. Breakfast is included with fresh natural juice and coffee. the Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the hotel and is free to use.
The bathroom could use more amenities, such as a mirror in the room.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so helpful and welcoming despite us not speaking much Portuguese. They made a lot of effort to ensure we understood everything, which was really appreciated. The hotel is also in a great location close to Downtown, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had nice facilities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. They did their best to help us with our needs and answer our questions. the breakfast was good and satisfying, and we appreciated the free internet access that they provided to guests.
The rooms were quite small and felt cramped. The air conditioner also made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel offered a nice breakfast buffet with a good variety of food choices. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was great, it was just a short walk away from several restaurants and shops. the hotel had a comfortable bed that made for a good night's rest.
The room lacked proper lighting which made it difficult to get ready in the morning. the walls were thin, and conversations from neighboring rooms could easily be heard.
